DO I NEED A REGISTRY TO SHOP ONLINE?
Not at all. Bespoke has opened its doors to the public allowing all discerning shoppers to purchase our kitchen and home décor items online.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY?
When you spend R800 or more, your delivery is free to all major cities in South Africa.
CAN I BUY ELECTRONIC VOUCHERS FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
Yes absolutely.
HOW DO I REDEEM A VOUCHER?
This is done online when checking out. Please enter the code for the voucher to be deducted from your payment.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
On average, delivery will take up to 3-4 days if the item is in stock. Special or made to order items will have varying delivery times. Please refer to our website as lead times will be indicated beneath product descriptions.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, as soon as your order has left our offices, we will send you a tracking number so that you can follow it along its journey until it arrives at its final destination.
DO YOU DELIVER OVER WEEKENDS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver over weekends or public holidays.
CAN I SPLIT MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot deliver a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders if you would like to send items to multiple addresses.
