Description
The Bogolan Bed Throws are Jacquard woven with a honeycomb weaving pattern mixed with the ethnic Bogolan designs of West Africa.
Inspired by the Bogolan Mud Cloth, which is one of Africa’s most unique textiles; it is a handwoven cotton fabric, traditionally dyed with fermented mud, and hand painted with West African designs and symbols.
It is pre-shrunk therefore giving the fabric a wonderful textured handle.
- 135 x 270 cm
- 100% French Linen
- Wide hems on both ends and selvage on both sides
- 60 degrees Celsius, wash separately on the first wash
- Avoid sunlight when drying
- Tumble drying is recommended
- Made in Cape Town
