As with all cook’s knives, it is a multi-purpose knife meant to be used for cutting, slicing, dicing and chopping. This knife is best used for small kitchen jobs, cutting the leaves from strawberries, slicing an apple, quartering oranges or any light task. Because the handle is a full hollow handle, it has a more substantial grip than a flat handled knife, which some may prefer.
