How to:

• Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
  Turn anticlockwise for a coarser grind.
• Unscrew the adjustment wheel and remove the ceramic cone. Use a stiff brush to clean both the grinder stone and the cone.
  If necessary, immerse the ceramic cone in warm water to dissolve any remaining residue. Ensure that all ceramic parts are completely dry – allow at least 24 hours – before reassembling and using the grinder again.
• If you want to use your grinder for a different spice, we recommend grinding some coarse salt through your grinder. This will remove spice residues and clean the ceramic parts.
