Care and cleaning:

• Unplug the appliance when not in use
• All parts except the housing base are dishwasher safe;
• Use top rack only and place the work bowl upside down
• Handle the blade carefully when washing by hand or in the dishwasher
• Rinse immediately after use to prevent food from drying
• Chopping some foods may scratch, cloud, or discolour the work bowl
• Wipe the housing base with a damp cloth using cleaning agents on the cloth, not directly on the base
• Ensure blades are fully cleaned and completely dry before storing
