- Delivery is for your account. You may arrange with your own couriers to collect.
- When registering to our trade program, you will automatic be sign ed up to our mailer.
- A quote is not a confirmed order. If a product is not in stock, an alternative will be sent to you otherwise you will be provided with a date for the stock to arrive if has not been discontinued. Bespoke Home reserve the right to correct mistakes made on quotes.
- Bespoke Home reserves the right to change these T&C’s at any time.
- You must notify us of any damages within 5 days.
- If someone is not available to receive your order, you will be charged for the re-delivery.
- We will not be responsible for delayed deliveries for reasons out of our control.
- Returns cannot be made on custom items and special orders.
- We can source a variety of products however, those that are approved by you and have not previously been ordered by us cannot be our responsible with regards to the quality and composition.
- ‘End of range’ products do not qualify for additional trade discount.
- Some items may be delivered directly from our supplier so multiple deliveries for orders may occur.
- Delivery cannot be arranged until the funds have reflected in our account.
