Trade Terms & Conditions

Delivery
Delivery is for the client’s account. Clients are welcome to arrange their own couriers for collection. Risk in the goods passes to the client upon collection or delivery.

Orders & Quotes
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are only confirmed once accepted in writing and/or payment has been received.

Bespoke Home reserves the right to amend any errors or omissions on quotations.

If an item is out of stock, we will provide an estimated lead time or advise if the item has been discontinued. No substitutions will be made without client approval.

Payment
Full payment (or agreed deposit) must be received and cleared before any order is dispatched or collected.

Bespoke Home reserves the right to withhold delivery until funds have cleared.

Custom & Sourced Items
All custom, bespoke, and specially sourced items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production or procurement has commenced.

Where items are sourced specifically on behalf of a client and have not previously been supplied by Bespoke Home, we cannot guarantee long-term performance or composition beyond the supplier’s specifications.

Returns & Damages
Any damages or defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Bespoke Home reserves the right to repair, replace, or credit items at its discretion.

No returns will be accepted on custom or special orders.

Delays
While we endeavour to meet all delivery timelines, Bespoke Home shall not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including supplier delays, courier issues, or force majeure events.

Redelivery
If no one is available to receive delivery, additional delivery charges will apply.

Trade Discounts
End-of-range or clearance items do not qualify for additional trade discounts.

Split Deliveries
Orders may be fulfilled in multiple deliveries where items are dispatched from different suppliers.

Marketing
By registering as a trade client, you consent to being added to our mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Limitation of Liability
Bespoke Home’s liability for any claim shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied. Under no circumstances shall Bespoke Home be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

General
Bespoke Home reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and override any prior communications.
