CORRECT WAY TO HANG SWING CHAIR:

• The arm rest stave must sit on top of the knots
• The backrest stave must sit on top of the ‘seat’ main stave

The Oak Swing Chair has been sealed with Woodoc 50 outdoor sealer. Directions for using Woodoc sealers:

1. Lightly wipe entire item with a ball of very fine steel wool to remove any greying, scarring or superficial outer peeling of your product.
   (No scrubbing is required, just a gentle wipe, in the direction of the wood grain)
2. Apply a layer of Woodoc 50 to all areas of your product.
3. Allow to dry before use.

For added protection after using Woodoc sealers we recommend you apply Woodoc Deep Penetrating Wax thoroughly too all surfaces whenever necessary.

You can also sand the wood down to its raw state and use linseed oil or any other sealer on the market.
