The Global G-46 is the brand’s full-sized Santoku knife, with a flat, deep and powerful 18cm blade ideal for cutting through heavy root vegetables like sweet potato, squash and carrots.

Its fluting creates small air pockets between the blade and the vegetable, helping prevent sticking as you slice, dice and mince.
