Global produce a few different styles of palette knives to compliment the Global collection. The GS-21 are the ‘flat’ palette knives, i.e. the blade lies horizontally with the handle of the knife.

All these different sizes feature the same handle, with has a comfortable thumb rest for added control. This spatula is also the perfect tool to separate and pick up cookies or any baked goods from baking sheets. Made of hollow handles which are then filled with sand to achieve the desired weight and deliver the perfect balance.
