Description
The mandolin comes with a dual holder with three compartments. The three different compartments ensure that you can slice vegetables down to the smallest end-stump and so reduce food waste.
The screw at the back of the mandolin can be adjusted to change the slicing thickness. Simply turn the dial on the underside of the mandolin. The rubber retainers on the base stabilise the mandolin and the robust, ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable, secure grip. The mandolin’s design gives you a perfect, natural working angle for slicing straight into a bowl or on a chopping board.
