How to Use:
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of plain, unsweetened yoghurt (without fruit or juice) to each glass jar.
- Alternatively, use dry culture following the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the required amount of milk to 90°C, then let it cool to about 30°C.
- Evenly distribute the milk into the jars and stir gently to combine with the yoghurt.
- Secure the lids, place the jars into the machine, and switch it on.
- Leave for 5–6 hours until set, then transfer the jars to the fridge to cool.
Tips for Best Results:
- Use sterilised or UHT milk for the creamiest texture.
- If starting with cold milk (straight from the fridge), allow 8–9 hours for the yoghurt to set.
- Save a small portion of each batch as a starter for your next one.
- After 3–4 batches, the yoghurt may become watery — restart with a fresh culture or yoghurt base.
- For fruit yoghurt, stir in your fruit of choice while the yoghurt is still warm, before refrigerating.
